- Cabin rentals are subject to a 6% Michigan Sales Tax.
- No charge for pets or children ages 5 and under.
RESERVATION AND SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
- $150.00 reservation/security deposit is required on all reservations.
- Deposit will be refunded after a thorough inspection of the cabin/boat rental.
- Your deposit will NOT be refundable for any damage or excessive disarray including leaving garbage and dirty dishes.
- Extra charges will be incurred for damages exceeding deposit amount.
- All deposit refunds are at the discretion of West Shore Resort.
- No deposit refunds during holiday reservation cancellations.
- No refunds for early departure of reservations due to weather conditions or personal emergencies.
- No-shows will be charged the full rate for the entire reservation period.
PET POLICY
- Pets must be under owner’s complete control at all times and should be leashed when outside of the cabin.
- Please do not allow pets to jump, shake-off etc. on other guests or attack other guests or their pets.
- PET DROPPINGS MUST BE PICKED UP BY PET OWNER…..PLEASE AND THANK YOU!!!
- Pet owners are responsible for any damage or injuries caused by their pets.
